Payroll data, tax filing, and support
HR360 TechX keeps payroll runs, payslips, time, and leave in the employer’s workspace. The employer, not HR360 TechX, files federal and state payroll taxes and is responsible for the accuracy of those returns.
Who files
IRS Publication 15 tells employers they remain responsible for withholding, depositing, and filing even when a third party helps. HR360 TechX is not that filing agent. It does not deposit taxes, file Form 941 or Form 940, or issue W-2s and 1099s. Source: Publication 15 (2026), outsourcing discussion.
