Payroll runs and payslips for small business

HR360 TechX can run a regular or off-cycle payroll and keep payslips with the employee record. A USA payroll type is one of the options in payroll setup, along with weekly (52), biweekly (26), and monthly (12) schedules.

What the payroll run includes

• A saved payroll setup used for the run.
• People you leave out of that run.
• Payslips and payroll reports after the run.

The run does not deposit taxes, file Form 941, or send W-2s. Those filings stay with the employer. See the Form 941 deadline and the security and filing statement.
