Leave and PTO tracking for small business

HR360 TechX keeps leave requests and manager approvals with the employee record. It does not replace a state paid-sick-leave statute or your written PTO policy.

Some states require paid sick leave on top of any PTO you offer. Those rules are not the same as the federal overtime rule, and they are not calculated in the payroll run. Check the labor department linked from the state payroll pages before you set a leave policy.

Approved leave is part of the people record that sits beside payroll runs. It is not a tax form.
